Red Wirecut Light Range Facebrick
The red & buff
colored brick combination works very well in
harmonizing with the neighboring structures of the South End district,
a
forties-era manufacturing area with its red-bricked, multi-story
factories.
The strong vertical lines of the design, along with the attention
to detail,
show reference to its historical neighbors, yet offer a strong,
simple
presence. The front entry opens onto a brick-paver plaza with
detailed
patterns, past a fountain with greenery and onto the pedestrian
walkway.
Very well designed and executed.
